PURCHASING ADMIN/STAFF

KDM is one of the quality valve agents and other mechanical & instrument parts who already have a lot of experience in handling the latest projects. KDM has supplied quality goods for several industrial sectors such as power generation, oil and gas, mining, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, chemical and other general industries.

Requirements:
- Female
- Have experience as a purchasing in the oil and gas industry 1-2 years
- Able to manage time well and can do work according to deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta

Job descriptions:
- Evaluate offers from principals/vendors
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing if needed
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Perform and monitor the payment process to the finance department
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
