PURCHASING STAFF - HEAD OFFICE JAKARTA
Responsibilities:
• Create Purchase Orders and issue them to suppliers
• Monitor the delivery of purchased materials
• Resolve any problems with delivered materials
• Provide support and follow-up for payments
• Manage and maintain important purchasing documents, including contracts and Halal Assurance System records
• Perform other administrative tasks related to purchasing
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Pharmacy, from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 1,5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of the purchasing process, from receiving a Purchase Request (PR) to issuing a Purchase Order (PO)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with a positive attitude, trustworthiness, and integrity
• Capability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English
