1. Maintenance Superintendent (Offshore)
a. Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Science, 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
b. 7 years of E&I, Mechanical Engineering or automation engineering experience
c. Extensive experience with a variety of rotating & static equipment’s; solar gas turbine compressor, utilities system, power generation, involve in comm activities.
d. Experienced working at FPSO, FPU is highly desirable or offshore
2. CCRO Marine - ANT- 2 or ATT II/III (Offshore)
ANT-2 or ATT II/III Class minimum, 5+ years’ experience at FPSO/FPU/Offshore , mobile offshore production unit or oil/chemical tanker. Familiar with safety standard and procedure requirements. Hold all relevant and valid offshore or marine certifications
3. Cost Controller (Office)
a. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
b. Proven experience in cost engineering, financial analysis, or related roles within the oil and gas, maritime, or energy sectors, with a focus on FPSO/FPU/offshore operations.
c. Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in cost estimation, and budget management.
d. Familiarity with project management, operations management principles and practices, especially in the context of FPSO projects/operations.
e. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. HR Executive (office)
a. Bachelor degree in Law, psychology or any degree.
b. 5+ years experiences in learning & development, talent acquisition, payroll processing, PPh21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan.
c. Prior experience in oil& gas project is an advantage.
5. Tax Specialist (office)
a. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting or finance.
b. Well understood for all taxes compliance with Indonesian Tax Regulations.
6. IT Executive (Office)
a. Performs network maintenance and system upgrade includes service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
