I am looking for Uploader Tender LPSE to be placed at Karawaci, Tangerang. Here are the qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field (High school graduates or equivalent are welcome to apply).
2. Proficient in Ms. Office and PDF editing.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in uploading tenders on LPSE (Electronic Procurement Service System).
4. Strong knowledge of LPSE systems, both version 3 and version 4.
5. Experience in handling and completing the upload/apply process in the LPSE system.
6. Experienced in preparing bidding documents, pricing, technical documents, qualification documents, and administrative documents, and then uploading them to the LPSE system.
7. Establish good relationships with government agencies (including LKPP) and understand the tender process.
8. Understanding the E-catalog registration process is a plus.
9. Able to work effectively under deadlines.
10. Loyal and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
11. Honest, detail-oriented, and quick.

Job Description:
1. Prepare/make tender documents for uploading (BOM, TKDN, Implementation, Integrity Pact, etc.).
2. Collaborate with the purchasing team responsible for the tender to complete the documents.
3. Upload or submit all bid documents.
4. Hand over all PK (Qualification Proof) documents to the purchasing team or other representatives of PK.
5. Prepare and present bid documents, qualification proof documents, and prepare rebuttal letters, as well as other administrative tasks for LPSE tenders.
6. Input SPK (Work Contract) and BAST (Work Acceptance Certificate).
7. Verify work contracts (SPK).
8. Archive completed work contracts (SPK).
