Responsibilities:

• Product Development Support: Assist in the development and improvement of new and existing products. Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance product features and specifications.
• Quality Control Testing: Execute quality control (Material, In Process and Outgoing Product) testing procedures on products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications.
• Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring product compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure products meet all necessary certifications and approvals.
• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the team to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and enhance product performance.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development and quality control processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Quality Control: Familiarity with quality control principles, methods, and tools.
• Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in conducting tests, analyzing data, and maintaining documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment, contribute ideas, and support the overall goals of the product development and quality control team.
• Familiarity: with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
