1. Education : Bachelor Degree
2. Experience :
- Min. 5 years in HRGA field and more than 3 years at Manufacturing industry
3. Willing to be placed in Cikarang
4. Nationality: Indonesians only
5. Fluent in English, Japanese plus point
Job Responsibility:
- Manage Salary payment and calculation process
- Human Resource Matter (Recruitment and Industrial Relation)
- Control company regulation and employee attendance.
- Handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Handling Expart Document and Support for private matters
- Handling GA matter: Household, stationery, office tool, cleaning,etc
- Handling import&export and other related license
- other related tasks
