Position Available : Factory Manager (51331)
Industry: Stainless steel ranging
Placement: Bekasi
Salary: up to Rp.50,000,000.- (Negotiable)
Nationality: Indonesians
 
Job Summary :
Must manage the production and projects within the framework
of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall
sales result and customer satisfaction. The successor will need to coordinate
and coach the project team to improve team performance by building team,
training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure factory and
project efficiency and boost morale.

REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor's Degree industrial education (Engineering) or equivalent.
Language : English Communicative
Experience : 3 years as Manager in Manufacturing & Installation service
Know how to use AutoCAD
preferably, Someone with assertive, strong decision- making, trust-worthty, out of thebox thinker and Ability to delegate personality
