- QMS includes food safety, product quality and regulatory agencies compliance
- Monitor compliance to accepted standards from receipt of raw material and packaging material to shipments of finished products.
- Ensure all quality-auditing functions are being conducted on a daily basis.
- Provide technical support to plant management regarding process/product improvements.
- Provide HACCP, FSSC, ISO & GMP training for all employees.
- Implement & maintain programs to constantly raise the standards for GMP, sanitation, hygiene and safety in all plant areas.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
-At least 5-7 Year(s) of working experience (managerial level) in the related field is required for this position.
- Food Safety, Food Quality Audit, Legal requirement (ex. BPOM, Halal, etc.), GMP, FSSC
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in flour industry is an advantage
- Ready to be placed in Cilegon Factory, Banten
- Strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Computer competency with basic understanding of statistical process control, trend analysis, and data analytics.
- Have a good managerial skill ( planning & organizing, supervise, staff development, problem solving, decision making & follow up)/PDCA
- Have a good Personality (Initiative, creativity, responsibility and perseverance )
