We are looking for - Jr Product Manager
With requirement below :
Requirement :
• Min S1, any major, prefer with Marketing/ Business/ Communication/ Food Technology/ Chemistry or similar background
• Min 2 years-experience in marketing , esp. related to brand/product management or project management
• Having proven experience/ contribution in product development or product improvement
• Good communication skill & teamwork
• Self-driven and willing to lead
• Good in managing overlapping projects
• Having a good sense of deadline, agile between urgencies, and pursuing completion.
Main responsibility:
• Managing projects on products & brand management, including: conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer needs.
• Develop product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
• Define product requirements and create product specifications
• Collaborate with R&D, production, design, and other teams to bring new products to market.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers, sales teams, and partners
