Position: Laboratory Analyst
Placement: Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least D3 or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
2. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs and be conversant with their implementations within a laboratory setting
3. Proficiency in laboratory management is essential, including expertise in reagent inventory management, analytical procedures, calibration program execution, and proper laboratory waste disposal practices
4. The candidate should possess knowledge and skills related to quality control of chemicals, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results
5. A good understanding of various sampling methods and techniques, as well as the ability to select appropriate methods for different substances and materials, is required
6. Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments is crucial. The includes in-depth knowledge of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), Ion Chromatograph (IC), and other common spectrophotometers used in chemical analysis
7. Familiarity with resin regeneration processes, including the handling, regeneration, and maintenance of ion-exchange resins commonly used in water / steam process
8. Understanding of water and steam cycle systems, their components, and their operation, particularly as they relate to laboratory processes
9. The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
