- Able to work independently in the dynamic situation
- Have a driving license (SIM A & C)

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Informatic System
- At Least 2 year(s) experience as HR Generalist as specially in Mining/Plantation Company
- Previous experience in managing employee databases, attendance, and overtime for more than 400 employees.
- Proficiency in using Ms. Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to be Located in Morowali (Roster 3 Month on site 12 days off)
