1. HR Project Administrator
We are looking for candidate who will be responsible for evaluating Project operations.
Qualifications & experiences
- Min. Bachelor degree, more than 2 years of relevant work experiences
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, familiar with human resources, project administrative and other related work processes
- Experiences in the Building Construction industry & working experience in Multi National Company is preferred
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for HR-related work: such as attendance, salary, benefits, employee relations, personnel recruitment and other daily affairs
- Responsible for the implementation and supervision of the Project's relevant personnel management system
- Responsible for some administrative work of the Project Activities

- Take responsibility for the work done with high integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional attention to work detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work overtime or in changing shift arrangements, depending on business needs
