HR STAFF

Job Description:
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and HR administration
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate on-boarding sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Ability to conduct psychological testing
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn BEI Interview, Human Resource Management System, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and People Development.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.

- Last education minimum from SMA Kimia/ D3/ S1 major in Chemist (Fresh Graduate)

- Able to work on Monday- Saturday

- Domicile from Jawa Timur/ Surabaya is preferably.
