Position : Purchasing Staff
Location : Bintaro - Tangerang, Banten's Area
Industry : Food Manufacture


Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Staff at Umara Group located in Tangerang. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining good relationships with vendors. You will also monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and ensure timely order placement to meet business needs. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications :
- Prior experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and trends
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
