PT. MIYASAKA INDONESIA is a food manufacturer specializing in MISO (Fermented Soybean Paste) — delivering authentic quality, food safety, and consistency through carefully controlled fermentation processes.
We are currently seeking a highly capable professional to join us as:
🔶 QA/QC Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)
This position plays a key role in maintaining our commitment to product integrity, food safety, fermentation quality control, and operational excellence across all production processes.

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in QA/QC within food manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in supervisory roles with responsibility for team performance and quality outcomes
🧪 Professional Expertise
• Strong command of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, BPOM, and Halal Assurance System
• Solid experience in internal audits, documentation control, and root cause analysis
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end quality control processes from raw materials to finished goods
• Good understanding of fermentation process control, microbiological monitoring, starter culture management, and product consistency for fermented soybean paste (MISO) production
• Familiar with quality parameters related to fermentation, enzymatic reactions, sanitation, and food safety management
👥 Professional Attributes
• High attention to detail and strong quality discipline
• Structured, systematic, and consistent in execution
• Able to lead teams effectively while ensuring alignment with operational standards
• Strong ownership and accountability in a production-driven environment
⭐ Candidates with experience in FMCG or large-scale food manufacturing, especially fermented food products, will be highly regarded.
